Jorge Vilchis

Did someone say passing?

Hi, my name is Jorge Vilchis and what I like the most about juggling is that you can share it with your friends. The last few years I have been exploring side by side siteswaps. You can check @clubpassing to see some of the tricks I will be sharing in my workshop. I can't wait to share with you all!

For over ten years Jorge has been the director of the project Tricks of the Month and he is one of the representatives of the IJA in Latin America.

Helena Berry

I’m Helena Berry and I live in London. I am a circus artist and I spent 6 years learning at two different circus schools, Circomedia in Bristol and ACaPA in the Netherlands. It’s been 10 years since I learnt to juggle and also 10 years since I went to my first juggling convention. I have performed at conventions in the UK, Germany, Austria and Israel. Outside of conventions I’ve worked with different companies, including Oddly moving, The 7 Finger and Upswing.

Bow

‘I am Bow, a French poi juggler based in Berlin, Germany. As a juggler I feel very attached to balls, and I found ropes are a powerful addition to expand it. Using different types of ropes, connected to a ball or on their own, I look for new visuals and concepts. An evolution of juggling that transcends the classic ball, club and ring juggling. I’ve been juggling poi for about 8 years and juggling other props for 12 years.’

Børre Isac L'orange

Børre is a Norwegian juggler who specializes in juggling with Triangles. He is based in Trondheim Norway, his focus in juggling is exploring different visual constructs of the triangular shape and how they interact with each other. His juggling act is based on some of his favorite discoveries he has found with the triangles as a juggling prop.

Felix Feldmann

‘Hello! I am Felix Feldmann, I have been a juggler for around thirty years. I built my own props and came up with some original ones 😉 I studied circus arts at Codarts in Rotterdam and I will be performing with my cupclubs and balls.'

Fernanda Sumano

Hello, my name is Fernanda Sumano and I'm a Mexican Circus Artist. Hoops are my thing and have been for 16 years already! I won the very first IJA International Regional Competition in 2011, which made me the first champion in the history of the IRC program. Afterwards my life changed completely and now I travel all around the world sharing and performing, developing more skills on my artistic journey. I am a teacher and performer, I am an ambassador of the Mexican hoop community, I love to share, to talk and to inspire across my art and I can’t wait to share with all the jugglers at BJC.

Valerie Sealey

What in the world will she do with a paddle? Surprise, apparently a lot, as she spins it on her feet and flips it around her body. An everyday object with a new splash! Valerie Sealey is a highly skilled circus and fire performer, focusing on object manipulation, such as staff manipulation, fire spinning, and contact juggling.

Constantine Leen

This is Constantine Leen from Taiwan. I have been juggling for 14 years. I have played diabolo since I was 6 years old. Then I started to juggle balls when I was 16 years old. Recently I swing the poi with some diabolo ideas. Keep creating something new and special is my juggling concept. Happy juggling, peace!
